Discussion group for the girlfriends who are waiting Some of those who are not married have different problems than those who are married. However, if this area isn't very active the I suggest you go to the wives section as they are a lively group and very supportive. |

It is a fact that very often the live of those who wait can mirror the circumstances of our lovedones inside as our life will shrink if we let it. This is a place we don't let it. |

Bars of Hope Bars of Sorrow Based on a project displayed at a prison art show I did in 2000 in Amarillo. The bars of hope and bars of sorrow was a display where the lovedones of the incarcerated could tie a note to the bars set in cement. The notes are notes to our lovedones. By the end of the event the bars were covered with the tiny notes tied with ribbons. I hope this place is also covered with notes some day. |
